How To Be The Best Version Of You: Meditation And Stretching

All too often we get caught up with the exterior and forget to focus on what really matters. Our internal health.

I have started practicing meditation and slow stretching. Both require me to center myself and be one with my mind. The results from simply spending time alone inside yourself are astounding.

After a quick 10 minutes of meditation, I feel like I have just woken up. I feel fresh, clear, and focused. My sleep also improves significantly that night.

The apps I use are Headspace and ROMWOD. Both are worth every single cent!
